  • Created and distributed HTML communications on newsworthy items for a healthcare fraud services firm.


  • Prepared sell sheets on various service lines for use with new clients, on the website, and at trade shows for a corporate healthcare fraud services firm.


  • Created and added new website content and continuously updated current website content to keep URL high on search engine lists and current material for website visitors for a national healthcare fraud firm.


  • Developed intranet site map and implemented creation of new intranet, including interface page for a national healthcare fraud firm.


  • Led effort to strategically redesign the visual identity of a CPA firm, including updating of all printed materials, firm signage, website, and more.


  • Created an end-of-engagement survey in print and an online version including recommendations on specific questions for a corporate integrity and investigative services firm.


  • Created and completely re-designed a second generation website for a high profile Twin Cities law firm specializing in Family Law. This website included a highly-secure client portal allowing for more focused client attention and immediate communication.  


  • Developed a complete media kit for small law firm including bios for all attorneys, a firm history summary, a firm fact sheet, and comprehensive lists of community involvement and activities of the partners.


  • Worked with a Twin Cities law firm specializing in family law to conduct a strategic marketing assessment, develop a strategic marketing plan, and implement cost-effective marketing strategies, including the development of a comprehensive second-generation website and pursuing PR opportunities.


  • Created multiple news releases and media alerts on various industry nominations, events, and additions to the firm to increase name recognition for a La Crosse, Wisconsin-based law firm. 


  • Developed a new website template and content for second generation website and subsequently worked closely with legal website host to implement the firm's new website.  


  • Worked with a national law firm's internal contact to write and develop all firm announcements related to new attorneys. 


  • Developed a template for a national law firm based in Minneapolis to move all announcements from print to electronic distribution. Also coordinated distribution of announcement on behalf of the firm.


  • Developed all communications regarding a high-profile acquisition in one of the regional offices of a large, national law firm.


  • Created and coordinated with print company a Personal Injury brochure for a small law firm for distribution to clients and contacts along with an introductory letter; worked with print company on costs, printing, and mailing.  


  • Based on feedback received from the client survey, created a targeted client communication in the form of a newsletter to be sent to all clients of a travel agency. The newsletter is published on a quarterly basis and is also available through the newly designed website. The newsletter features travel tips, a message from the president, trip reports, new travel updates and restrictions, agent trip profiles, trip specials and planning calendars, and other information relevant to travelers.


  • Geographically targeted mailings for Minneapolis-based charter school.


  • Worked with an interventional cardiology device manufacturer to develop strategic planning for the company.
