Providing prospective clients with current marketing materials that accurately reflect the image, key messages and capabilities of the firm is an important part of business development. Professional Services Marketing's extensive experience in the area of collateral materials development includes the creation of pieces such as: brochures, business systems (letterhead, business cards, envelopes, note cards, mailing labels) pocket folders, marketing templates, newsletters, recruiting materials and signage. Some of the clients with whom Professional Services Marketing has worked on complete identity updates include:

  • Researched, created content for, and coordinated final production of trade show materials, tabletop displays, and signs for a healthcare fraud firm.

  • Created and implemented a comprehensive brand identity program for a high profile Twin Cities law firm specializing in Family Law which included a full complement of marketing materials.

  • Developed for a Wisconsin law firm an original client brochure communicating steps to take after an auto accident.

  • Worked with all new attorneys in a rapidly-growing national firm to develop their biographies and representative experience.

  • Developed firm-wide standard marketing materials for use in proposals and requests for information, covering all of a national litigation firm's offices, areas of practice, and attorneys. Worked with internal technology staff to determine the best place to house the documents for firmwide access and use.

  • Assisted in coordination of the 50th anniversary of a non-profit organization aiding and assisting disabled people, including creation of materials for the event.

  • Based on feedback received from the client survey, created a targeted client communication in the form of a newsletter to be sent to all travel clients. The newsletter is published on a quarterly basis and is also available through the newly designed website. The newsletter features travel tips, a message from the president, trip reports, new travel updates and restrictions, agent trip profiles, trip specials and planning calendars, and other information relevant to travelers.


  • Worked with a graphic designer on developing the entire identity for a start-up company serving the property management industry; developed the tagline for the business and the packaging for the product line.


  • Developed targeted communications for a Denver, CO-based third party administrator of health care benefits for self-funded employers. This ongoing client has drawn upon the experience Professional Services Marketing has in communications and worked with our resources to have hundreds of pages of information translated into Spanish for its southwestern United States members.
