Heather Felt, Strategic Project Manager/Advertising Consultant

Heather brings a strong marketing communications background to Professional Services Marketing, having worked on both the client and client services side of the business for over 11 years. Heather's experience spans domestic and international markets, as well as consumer and business-to-business communications. She is a creative project manager who enjoys working toward the achievement of common goals and business objectives with her clients.

Heather's areas of expertise include:

Market strategy and business planning - Development of long-term and annual business plans based on marketplace insights to drive future growth. Strong leader of cross-functional teams through the launch of new products and services.

Project management - The combination of strong people skills, conscientiousness, attention to detail and the desire to share business success with clients has made Heather a great project manager for Professional Services Marketing. She enjoys the chance to be involved in the upfront planning and strategy development with her clients, as well as the chance to roll up her sleeves to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Communication - Skilled at communicating within cross-functional teams, Heather is recognized among Professional Services Marketing colleagues and clients alike as being a proactive and effective communicator.

Brand building - Extensive experience in the development of new product and service brands and in strengthening equity of existing brands. Led efforts to launch new brands into domestic and international markets.

Research and analysis - Proficient in the selection and execution of research methodologies as well as the analysis of results to help clients make sound business decisions. Resourceful at finding answers to research-related problems when data budgets and time are limited.

Marketing tool development - Experienced in the development and application of a wide-range of marketing vehicles and tools, including TV, radio, print, sales collateral, direct mail, promotions, contests and sweepstakes, PR and web-based initiatives.

Creative process management - Highly effective at managing the creative process to ensure Professional Services Marketing client satisfaction and, most importantly, positive business results.

Most recently, Heather worked as an Account Director for Nelson-Henry Advertising, managing a diverse roster of product and service client accounts, including Breathe-Right, ConAgra, West Group, Great Clips, and Next Generation Network.

Previously, Heather spent five years in Marketing at The Pillsbury Company, managing the Haagen-Dazs and Pillsbury brands. She also had a two year assignment in Pillsbury's international division as Marketing Manager for the Latin American region and is fluent in Spanish.

Heather holds a Master of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Phoenix, Arizona and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
